PROMPT current version (Version overview): Start with Java Web Start

PROMPT - the Protein Mapping and Comparison Tool is now available as Java Web Start application. This is the easiest way to download and launch PROMPT and to have always the latest version running. Java Web Start Technology is included in the JRE (Java Runtime Environment) since version 1.4.2, best is 1.5 (or higher). In the box below your System is tested for Java Web Start compability. Regardless of the Web Start Detection result, you always can click on the PROMPT launch button and try to launch the program.
